As we complete our fourth year of business, we’ve learned a thing or two about our customers. One thing we’ve learned is that, in most cases, when people need junk removal, they want it done quickly.

As much as we would prefer to book our schedule out weeks in advance, that’s just not practical for the majority of people who call us. Exceptions to this typically revolve around larger jobs, such as shed demolition, property cleanouts, etc. But for most residential customers, they’ve already figured out what needs to go, and they’re just looking for somebody who can get it done within the next 24 hours.

That’s what we’ve built our processes around.

Here’s what you can expect when you call us. First, we always have live representatives answering the phone. If someone doesn’t pick up on your first try, leave a voicemail and you’ll get a prompt return call. Our reps will ask a few extra questions to understand exactly what you need. We consider ourselves expert problem-solvers, and we’ll often give you more than one option for a solid solution.

If your job is a full load or less, we can almost always get it done within 24 hours. Most of the time, we can fit you in by the end of the same day you call.

That speed comes not just from running multiple trucks per day, but also from our fundamental goal of serving our community. We are here to meet our customers’ needs, not for them to meet ours, and if that means meeting a tight timeline, then that’s what we’ll strive to do.
